Ukuhlola Umhlaba Wewayini: Ukuqonda Iwayini Elibomvu, Elimhlophe, neRosé

Iwayini yisiphuzo esingaphelelwa isikhathi futhi esiguquguqukayo esiye sathakazelisa ochwepheshe amakhulu eminyaka. Izinhlobonhlobo zemibala, ukunambitheka kanye nezinhlobo kunikeza abathandi bewayini izinhlobonhlobo zezinketho. Kule bhulogi singena ezweni elithakazelisayo lewayini, sigxile ezinhlobonhlobo ezibomvu, ezimhlophe nezipinki. Sizophinde sihlole izinhlobo ezahlukene zamagilebhisi ezisetshenziswa ukwenza lezi ziphuzo ezinephunga elimnandi nezikhangayo.

Uma iwayini lihlukaniswa ngokombala, lingahlukaniswa cishe izigaba ezintathu: iwayini elibomvu, iwayini elimhlophe, newayini elibomvu. Iwayini le-Rosé lenziwa ngenqubo ebizwa ngokuthi i-maceration, lapho izikhumba zamagilebhisi zithintana nejusi isikhathi esithile. Le maceration emfushane yenza iwayini libe nombala opinki ocashile kanye nokunambitheka okuthambile. Iwayini le-Rosé linezinhlamvu ezipholile, ezigqamile ezilungele ubusuku obufudumele basehlobo.

Ngokufigqiwe:

Njengoba uqala uhambo lwakho lwewayini, ukwazi umehluko phakathi kokubomvu, okumhlophe, ne-rosé kuzothuthukisa ukwazisa kwakho ngalesi siphuzo esingaphelelwa isikhathi.
